Etaine – Personal Trainer
Etaine joined the fitness industry because of her strong passion for fitness. With over ten years’ experience in coaching and mentoring, she brings out the best in people. She does this through encouragement, motivation and guidance.
Etaine is a very confident people person and has a proven track record of helping people achieve their goals. Having a family and being a Mum, Etaine understands how difficult it can be. She also knows how it feels to struggle with weight loss, however with the right training and nutrition, she has overcome this and will be competing in physique competitions.
Etaine’s goal is to help people lose weight, improve strength, fitness levels, lifestyle and confidence. She wants to see all of her clients succeed with their goals and will give them all the support they need to do this. Etaine wants to educate her clients about healthy eating and encourages them to ditch dieting. She also wants to educate women on strength training and show how beneficial this is in reducing body fat and building confidence.
