At iTrain we run 49 group exercise classes every week, all of which can be booked online up to 7 days in advance. Our timetable includes strength, cardio and mind & body classes, so you can add variety to your workouts.
We currently run the following Les Mills classes, delivered by our highly experienced and qualified Instructors: BODYPUMP, GRIT and BODYCOMBAT. Spin classes take place in our dedicated spin studio and we also have a TRX studio, where our TRX classes take place. You can find out more about what each class involves below.

BODYPUMP by LES MILLS
Get lean, toned and fit fast. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques, pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. You will use light to moderate weights with lots of repetition.
GRIT by LES MILLS
High intensity interval training (HIIT) in 30-minute sessions, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
BODYCOMBAT by LES MILLS
Punch and kick your way to fitness. This high energy martial arts inspired workout is non-contact, with no complex moves to learn. Your instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round.
A high intensity workout, based on boxing training techniques and movements. Guaranteed to get your heart racing and burn plenty of calories, through a combination of punches and fast paced moves.
An intense workout to provide ultimate fat burning and metabolism boosting long after you have finished your workout. Your cardiovascular health and all round fitness will be improved with these HIIT based sessions.
A variety of exercise stations, using body weight and different pieces of equipment. Alternatives will be given for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness. Exercises will be performed for a designated time then you will move on to your next activity.
This is a stability ball based class which challenges your muscles. This will strengthen and build up the core muscles of the body such as the abdominals, back, buttocks, and thighs. Excellent for a stronger core improved posture and body alignment.

A circuit based class, revolving around functional movements. A great way to burn calories, gain strength, develop core stability and move better.
|GYM FLOOR BOOTCAMP|
A conditioning class which targets the whole body, helping to improve strength, balance, flexibility and overall fitness, using free weights and bodyweight exercises.
|LEGS, BUMS & TUMS|
Targets the legs, bum and tum area. The workouts feature lunges, crunches and squats along with aerobic exercises to improve the firmness and tone of these troublesome areas.
Metabolic resistance training. A high intensity class, designed to burn calories and ignite your metabolism, long after the session has finished. MRT is suitable for everyone and you work to your own capability.
This class will enable you to have a fitter firmer body, this is done by strength and relaxation for the body and mind. The posture is greatly improved with amazing abdominal control and can help to improve back pain.
Fun, fast, highly motivating, non-impact class suitable for all ages and ability levels. The ultimate indoor cycling experience to guarantee maximum calorie burn.

A high intensity workout, designed to improve your muscular tone, strength and cardiovascular conditioning, through the use of free weights, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises.
Develop your strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously with TRX exercises. The TRX suspension trainer leverages gravity and the user’s bodyweight, to offer a huge variety of exercises.
